The SUD50P06-15L-E3 part of Vishay Semiconductor is an Enhancement-Mode Power MOSFET that is designed for use in high efficiency synchronous buck converters. The device features a 100 V Drain-Source Voltage and a 15 A Continuous Drain Current, and features fast switching capabilities and low on-resistance for high efficiency step-down conversions. It also provides a Low Gate Charge and low gate-to-drain charge, reducing dissipation in the device. The ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) rating of this device is greater than 8 kV Human Body Model.
