VND7NV04TR-E is a silicon N-channel enhanced Trench MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a dual low-side ultra low resistance (U-FET) voltage regulator that provides an exceptionally low RDS(on) of 1.1mOhm at 10V. It is designed for use in a variety of DC/DC converters and motor drives.
