The Silicon Wisdom SWG3415 is a MOSFET (Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) packaged in a SOT-23-3L RoHS-compliant configuration. It features an N-channel logic-level enhancement mode capable of 60V drain-source breakdown voltage and a maximum drain current of 360mA. The Silicon Wisdom SWG3415 is optimized for applications such as switching and logic level translation, providing accurate control with a low on-resistance of 0.85O. It also includes an integrated parallel diode for protection and minimizes additional components. The SWG3415 meets standard UL 94V-0 fire rating requirements and is lead-free/RoHS compliant.
