The MMBT7002 is a N-Channel metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) manufactured by Semtech, which is RoHS compliant. It is designed for use in low-voltage and low-current applications. It has a breakdown voltage of 60V, a drain current rating of 115mA, a gate-source cutoff voltage of 2.5V, an on-state drain-source resistance of 7.5 ohms, and a source-drain current rating of 500mA. It is available in an ultra-small SOT-23-3 package with a maximum power dissipation of 10V.
