FDN5618P is an N-Channel low on-resistance Logic Level FET from ON Semiconductor. This device is often used as a load switch, voltage level shifter or a gate driver for enhancement-mode MOSFETs, as it can be driven directly from a 3V or 5V logic without resorting to a level shifter.
