The 2N7002ET7G from ON Semiconductor is a small-outline (SOT-23) N-Channel MOSFET. The transistor is designed for use in low-power applications, featuring a drain-source voltage of 60V and a continuous drain current of 115mA. It has a very low on-resistance, making it suitable for switching applications. The package features an exposed thermal pad on the bottom of the device, which allows it to be soldered directly onto a circuit board with an exposed pad.
