It is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET with a Drain-Source breakdown voltage of 30V and a Continuous Drain current (ID) of 8A. It has a lower Gate Threshold Voltage (Vth) of 1.2V and a low On-Resistance (RDS(ON)) of 0.3O.
