The SI2310 is a non-inverting low side MOSFET produced by Goodwork Corporation. It is an absolute valve power supply rated to 60V, 3A, 1.5W with a high voltage breakdown of 78 mO at 10V, 3A. The MOSFET has a low gate threshold voltage of 2V at 250µA, a capacity of 19.5pF at 30V with a steady-state power dissipation of up to 6nC @ 4.5V. The device is designed for use in high temperature environments (up to 150°C) and features a SOT-23 (small outline transistor) package which is RoHS compliant.
