MMFTN170 is part of the Diotec concept which consists of several technologies, including :
1. Multi-Mode Fiber – MMFTN-170: This technology uses a single-mode fiber core loaded with multiple modes of laser radiation designed to maximize light source efficiency. The multi-mode core distributes the laser radiation along the axis of the core in different modes, thus providing an improved signal transmission level and compatibility with a range of infrastructure solutions.
2. High-Speed Interconnectivity – FMIS-1100: This technology makes use of an advanced packet-switching architecture, allowing for data to be transmitted in multiple packets at high rates of speed (up to 1.5 Gb/s). This ensures that the information is quickly and reliably transferred at the highest speeds.
3. Optical Amplifiers – OAO-170: This technology uses specialized optical amplifiers that enable higher levels of signal transmission through data networks. The amplifiers are designed to minimize distortion and maintain signal integrity.
