The CRST055N08N is a N-channel, trench-structure, metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) designed to handle high power and to switch quickly. It is capable of operating at a voltage of 85 volts and currents up to 120 amps (Tc), with a thermal resistance of 4 volts per watt and a low-level gate threshold of 5.5 mOhms at 50 amps and 10 volts. It is housed in a standard TO-220 package designed for fast heat dissipation, and is RoHS compliant. The part is manufactured by CRMICRO.
