The Chino-Excel CES2317 is a surface-mountable MOSFET with a SOT-23-3 package. It is based on the P-Trench-30V technology and is RoHS compliant. It provides an on-state Drain-Source voltage of 1.2V and has a low gate-source threshold voltage for easy switching. It has a maximum drain-source current of 3.1A and a drain-source on resistance of 80mO when current reaches 3A and 10V. It also offers low gate charge (250uA) and excellent switching performance.
