Youtai's SRV05-4.TCT is an ESD protection device with a SOT-23-6 package. It has two diodes and two transistors which provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for low voltage lines. The two diodes are in a back-to-back reverse polarity configuration and serve to divert up to 8kV of transient energy away from sensitive components. The two transistors protect up to ±20V fault voltages from connected ports, while still allowing normal signal throughput. The SOT-23-6 package helps to keep the device footprint compact and increases thermal performance. The SRV05-4.TCT is ROHS-compliant, meaning it does not contain lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and other restricted substances. It has a wide operating temperature range from -55 to +125 degrees Celsius (-67 to +257 degrees Fahrenheit).
