The Youtai PC817C-S is an optocoupler and solid state phototransistor output device designed for use in applications requiring isolation in high-density circuit boards. It is constructed with a surface mount package (SOP-4-2.54mm) and is RoHS compliant. The device features input-to-output isolation voltage of 5000Vrms, isolation test voltage of 1.5kVrms, CTR rise/fall time of 1.1µs and a guaranteed CTR minimum/maximum from 25mA/25mA (IF=10mA). It is designed to operate over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +110°C.
