The HT7550-1 is a Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT-89 RoHS manufactured by Youtai. It is a three-terminal voltage regulator with a low dropout voltage of 400mV at full load. It has an input voltage range of 2.5V to 6V and an output voltage range accuracy of ±0.8% at room temperature. It is designed to provide up to 1A output current and has a high power supply rejection ratio of 75dB. Its operation is by an external shutdown feature that reduces its supply current to an absolute maximum of 2µA when the EN pin is grounded. The HT7550-1 is short-circuit and over-temperature protection and has a low operating temperature of varying from -40°C to 85°C.
