The HT7336-A with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT-89 RoHS manufactured by Youtai is a three-terminal adjustable voltage regulator with 2.5V to 5.5V output range. It features short circuit protection and thermal shutdown protection. The drop-out voltage is as low as 300 mV (typical) at 2A load current.
