angThe SS24 is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) manufactured by Yintang. It is a multidirectional diode which provides an environment-friendly, low-cost and high-performance SBD solution for use in a wide variety of electronic applications. It has a low forward voltage drop of 0.35V @ 200mA with a low reverse leakage current of 1uA and an operating temperature range of -65°C to +125°C. It is compliant with the RoHS Directive and is provided in a lead-free SMA package, which is suitable for reflow soldering.
