The Yageo P3500SC is a Thyristor Surge Protection Device (TSPD) with Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Semiconductor (TSS), manufactured in a surface-mountable, DO-214A/SMB package with a maximum working voltage of 320V and a maximum surge current of 100A. The device is designed for use in automotive and industrial applications and offers a high level of ESD and surge protection. The device is 13" in size and is supplied on a standard 7" reel for use with automated pick and place equipment.
