The XB3306D with SOT-23-3 Battery Management ICs ROHS is a battery management integrated circuit (IC) from XySemi. It is specifically designed for protecting a wide range of Li-Ion/Li-Pol batteries from overcharge, over-discharge, and overtemperature conditions.
