The XL-2012IRC-940 is a 0805 Infrared (IR) LED manufactured by XINGLIGHT that is RoHS compliant. This IR LED is designed for optimum optical performance in space and cost-restricted applications. It features high radiant intensity, wide viewing angle, and low power consumption. The product is made from an infrared-emitting Gallium-Aluminum-Arsenide (GaAlAs) chips with a high reliability/cost ratio. The lead frame is SUS302 stainless steel and with a standard SMD package for reflow process. The operating temperature is between -30? to +85?, and the storage temperature is from -40? to 90?.
