The FH9261-DAU is a SOT-23-6 Battery Management IC manufactured by Xinfeihong that is RoHS compliant. This IC is designed to provide the necessary safety and performance features in cost effective and space efficient form-factor at the system-level for Li-Ion battery packs. It includes a built-in charger and overcurrent/overvoltage/over-temperature protection charger. It is suitable for 1S1P, 2S1P and 3S1P Li-Ion battery packs. It also has active cell balancing features to maximize the lifetime of the battery Pack. It operates up to 6.2V, consumes only 0.9µA (typical) and is similar to the TI BQ20Z875 family and is compatible with the TI Battery Management driver Stacks.
