It offers a high-performance multi-core ARM® processor system-on-a-chip (SoC), combined with the programmable logic of a Xilinx FPGA. The result is a low-cost, power-efficient solution with high performance and expandability.The XC7Z020-2CLG400I includes an ARM® Cortex®-A9 dual-core MPCore™ processor, offering up to 400 MHz performance with NEON™ and single- and double-precision floating-point capabilities. The SoC also comes with an on-board Programmable Logic Unit (PLU) containing 85K logic elements, in addition to a range of peripherals including DDR3 and Quad-SPI Flash memories, and USB OTG, Ethernet, and UART interfaces. The XC7Z020-2CLg400I also supports CoreSight™, giving it superior debug, trace, and system protection features.
