The X24C01P is a one-time programmable (OTP) integrated circuit (IC) designed by Xicor Inc. It is a 1Kb OTP memory which is exceptionally low-voltage and low-power, making it suitable for embedded applications like TV remote controls, security systems, and automotive systems. The X24C01P features an array of 2,048 x 8 non-volatile memory cells that retain data even when power is removed from the device. It also offers a high write endurance of 1,000,000 cycles and data retention of 200 years. The chip is provided in an 8-pin PDIP or SOIC package and is available in an operable temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
