The XDS TX4144 is a high-efficiency DC-DC Converter with SOP-8 package in a RoHS compliant format. It is designed to convert an input voltage range of 4.5 – 14V to a regulated output of 1.7 – 5V DC up to 1.5A using Ground Sense technology. The device features an integrated switching frequency synchronous rectification, low-quiescent current operation, and built-in soft-start for improved performance and reliability. It also has a selectable current limit for protection, UVLO and thermal protection with auto restoration. It has multiple outputs voltage setting capability via a voltage spreadsheet with a resolution of 0.3V and is constructed using surface mount processes and components.
