Additional Infomation About Product

The 637-10ABEP is a Wakefield Products soldered heatsink manufactured for use with standard TO-220 and TO-92 through hole power semiconductor packages. This product is made with thick-finned base material that is Nickel-plated along the perimeter which acts as a guide for heat sinking components. It is highly durable, featuring alodine-treated carbon steel construction which was designed to ensure efficient thermal conduction. The heatsink has a dimension of 37mm x 10mm with a mounting hole size of 3mm. It is RoHS compliant and provides a thermal resistance of 0.95 °C/W.
