The VOT8024AM-VT is a surface-mount, low-leakage, N-channel power MOSFET from Vishay. This MOSFET is designed for use in small-signal, power switching applications with a power handling capacity of up to 4.5A and an extremely low on-state resistance of 0.01 ohms. Its planar structure and small, leadless TO-220 (“DFN2”) package make it suitable for high-density printed circuit board (PCB) designs and space-saving layouts.
