Its power stage is capable - Adjustable soft start and adjustable current limit of supplying high continuous current at up to 2 MHz - 3 modes of operation, forced continuous conduction, switching frequency. This regulator produces an adjustable power save or ultrasonic output voltage down to 0.8 V from 4.5 V to 55 V input Robust and reliable rail to accommodate a variety of applications, including - Output over voltage protection computing, consumer electronics, telecom, and industrial. - Output under voltage / short circuit protection with auto retry SiC47xs architecture allows for ultrafast transient response - Power good flag and over temperature protection with minimum output capacitance and tight ripple regulation - Supported by Vishay PowerCAD online design at very light load. The device enables loop stability simulation regardless of the type of output capacitor used, including Material categorization: for definitions of compliance please see www.vishay.com/doc 99912 low ESR ceramic capacitors.
