The Vishay DG412DY-E3 is a high speed, 16-pin small outline integrated circuit (SOIC) analog switch integrated circuit (IC). It is designed to function as a signal transmitter and receiver featuring low power consumption, low ON resistance, high speed operation, and wide signal bandwidth. The device is used for switching low voltage AC and DC signals in wide variety of applications such as audio switching, video applications, analog switches, level translators, and logic gating. The SOIC-16 package features a space savings of 60% over the 24-pin dual-in-line package (DIP) version for design flexibility in embedded systems. It can handle large signals up to 200mA peak, 200 V peak-to-peak, and 15kV ESD protection on all pins. Its low power supply range is 2.7V to 5.5V and features 0.1Ohm ON resistance.
