The VIBRATION VI520R is an SOP-8 RF Transceiver ICs ROHS that incorporates a wide range of functions for wireless communication systems and operates over the 2.4 GHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) band. It includes a low-noise amplifier (LNA), power amplifier (PA), transmitter mixer, receiver mixer, and a programmable frequency synthesizer. This IC also features a multi-protocol communication controller with sub 1 µs wake-up time for low-power operation, extended range capability, and improved system performance. With integrated support for data rates up to 500 kbps, and sensitivity down to -96 dBm, the VI520R is ideal for low-power short-range wireless communication applications such as indu stry 4.0, home automation, sensor networks, asset tracking, and medical device applications.
