The MBR30100CL-TF1-T is a fast, ultra-low reverse leakage Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) manufactured by Unisonic. It is housed in a convenient TO-220F1 RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) package, and is ideal for use in electronic designs where a reliable, low power approach is desired. This SBD has excellent blocking voltages of up to 100V, an ultra-low reverse leakage of 2 micro amps, and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V. It is ideal for use in high frequency switching applications, as well as protection requirements in power systems.
