The U6119S is a SOP-7 Power Distribution Switch manufactured by UNI-SEMI that is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive. It is designed to provide two power domains independent from each other and can be used to switch power to either of the two separately. The device has over-voltage and short-circuit protection. It is housed in a SOP-7 package, and has a nominal operating voltage of 15V and a maximum current of 1A. It has an operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C.
