The U25135 is a SOP-8 power distribution switch manufactured by Uni-semi. It is a RoHS compliant device that has two independent channels with variable voltage levels and can handle up to 25A ( continuous) and up to 55A ( peak). These switches are suitable for a wide temperature range -40°C ~+125°C making them perfect for harsh environment applications. As a protection feature, this device has built-in thermal shutdown and current sense protection to protect sensitive circuitry from overload and surges. The device has low on-resistance and low EMI noise.
