The SS34 manufactured by TWGMC is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) with the SMA RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) package. This component consists of two nominally matched Schottky Barrier Diodes housed in a hermetically sealed, surface mount package. The SS34 has a low capacity and a fast switching speed, making it suitable for low power applications. It has a wide operating temperature range of -65°C to +125°C and its power handling capacity is around 200mW. It features low forward voltage drop and high switching speeds, making them ideal for RF and high frequency applications.
