The TWGMC SS14 is a surface mount Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) package with RoHS compliance. The SS14 package is a two-pin device that is specifically designed for surface mount applications. The device has high surge current rating, low forward voltage drop and high reverse breakdown voltage. The SBD can be used in a variety of electronic devices such as power supply converters, rectifiers, and AC/DC switch mode power supplies. The two-pin design is compatible with both wave soldering and reflow soldering processes. The device is lead (Pb) free and RoHS compliant.
