The SP485EN with SOP-8 RS-485/RS-422 ICs ROHS is a high-speed, low-power, 3-driver differential line transceiver manufactured by Texas Instruments (TI) subsidiary TWGMC. It is designed for standard Asynchronous Data Communication applications spanning various Ethernet networks, global fieldbus networks and point-to-point systems. The SP485EN operates from a single 3 V to 5.5 V power supply, and features both one-unit load and disabled receivers, allowing up to 32 transceivers on the same bus. This device is also RoHS compliant.
