The BAV99 is a switching diode manufactured by TWGMC. It is a dual diode encapsulated in a SOT-23 case and is RoHS compliant. The diode has a maximum breakdown voltage of 70V and a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. The maximum power dissipation is 225mW and it has an average forward current of 200mA.
