The BAT54A Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) SOT23 RoHS manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation (TWGMC) is a dual diode circuit in a SOT-23 package designed for switching, signal conditioning, and high-speed sensing applications. It features two Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBDs) constructed from two heavily doped silicon junctions in a SOT-23 surface mount package. The diodes provide low-forward voltage drops, fast switching characteristics, and low reverse leakage currents. RoHS certification ensures the BAT54A conforms to EU Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The SOT-23 package provides superior thermal characteristics, allowing for higher power densities than can be achieved with other packages of equal size.
