The BAS16 with SOT-23 Switching Diode ROHS is a small signal diode manufactured by TWGMC. It is designed mainly for general purpose switching applications. It features low forward voltage drop and low reverse leakage current. This diode features a maximum forward current of 100mA, peak forward surge current of 200mA, breakdown voltage of 16V and a power dissipation of 500mW. The ultra small SOT-23 package size offers excellent high density mounting. The diode is RoHS compliant, 100% matte bond passivated, and is compliant with the most stringent environmental requirements.
