Toshiba's TBD62004AFG,EL DMOS transistor array is a 7-channel driver for 50V/0.5A, with gate drivers. It is designed to provide high speed signal switching in a variety of electrical and electronic circuits. Built on a compact 6-pin SOIC package, the TBD62004AFG,EL provides high-current, fast-recovery switching to help reduce power loss and minimize EMI noise.
