ElectronicsThe Titan Micro Electronics LM1622 is an LCD driver with LQFP-44_10x10 RoHS in a package. It is used in graphic LCDs and provides low power consumption. The display interface is segment and common driving for recognizing signals such as display enable, RESET, data/command and read/write signals. This device can drive up to 64 segments and 4 commons for 1/2 Duty, 1/3 Bias LCDs and TFT/STN displays. It has up to 8bits I/O data serial interface and built-in R/W RAM. The supply voltage range is from 2.7V to 3.3V. It is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
