TF2304M-TAH is a Half Bridge Non-Isolated Gate Drive IC with an output current of 600mA and a voltage of 10V to 20V. It is manufactured by TF Semi and has a power dissipation of 290mA in a SOIC-8 package which is RoHS-compliant. The device features low propagation delay, and high peak output current which makes it suitable for driving the half-bridge MOSFETs.
