TF Semi TF0216-USQ is a low-side non-isolation 1.8A 4.5V~18V 1.9A SOT-23-5L Gate Drive IC that has been designed to provide high switching performance with low power consumption. It is RoHS compliant and boasts an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. The IC features low current consumption for both logic (typically 1.6mA) and power control (typically 66mA) operation, as well as a low logic threshold of 1.5V. Furthermore, it features fast 7ns minimal propagation delay, built-in over-voltage and reverse-current protection, and extended electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection.
