TF0215-USQ with SOT-23-5L is an integrated gate drive optocoupler produced by TF Semi. It is a RoHS compliant device that uses a high-voltage input to a high-current output in driving the gate of conventional IGBTs (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor), MOSFETs (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) and high-power drivers. It features an integrated loop compensation network that offers improved transient response with a wide range of operating frequencies.
