The ULN2003AIDR with Transistors Darlington HiVltg Hi-Crnt Darl Transistor Array is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array manufactured by Texas Instruments. It features an array of seven Darlington transistors, capable of switching 500 mA loads and up to 50V. Each Darlington pair has a common emitter pin and individually controlled collector pins, which allow for easy interfacing with digital or logic signals.
