The ULN2003ADR is an integrated circuit containing seven NPN Darlington transistors. It is manufactured by Texas Instruments and is designed for interfacing between low voltage logic circuits and high current/high voltage loads. The ULN2003ADR has a wide range of applications such as driving relays, LEDs, lamps, or motors. Each Darlington transistor is rated for a peak collector current of 500 mA and can withstand up to 50V. The ULN2003ADR is an Darlington array that has inputs and outputs as well as five VCC connections for connecting external power supplies.
