The TPD2E007DCKR is a 2-channel ESD protection diode array designed to protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD). Rated for up to 8 kV of Human Body Model ESD protection, the TPD2E007DCKR provides an integrated solution with two channels to protect sensitive electronic components from ESD-related damage. Each channel is composed of two Twin Series Power ESD Protection (TSP) diodes, which are voltage protection diodes. The TPD2E007DCKR also features a built-in low Rds(on) Schottky diode along with low clamping voltages and fast response times. It is available in an 8-pin VSSOP package, making it suitable for boards with limited space. The TPD2E007DCKR is rated for operation temperatures between -55°C and 150°C and is ideal for ESD protection in mobile devices, as well as automotive, industrial, portable, and other applications.
