The TPD2E001DZDR is a Lo-Cap ESD-Protection Array manufactured by Texas Instruments. It contains two channels of protection, each of which provides +/-15kV electrostatic discharge (ESD) suppression. It includes a pair of ESD suppressors (“Transient Voltage Suppressors” or TVSs) and is designed to protect downstream circuitry from ESD transients.
