The SN74LVTH162245DGGR is a bus transceiver 3-st CMOS 3.3V ABT 16-bit device manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a Fast-mode Plus (Fm+) compliant bus transceiver which provides 13 Kbps of data transfer rate while consuming minimal power, allowing it to be the ideal choice for low-noise level and low power consumption applications. It has three-state output, which allows signals to be driven from high to low logic levels, and vice versa, at a fast rate. This allows for bi-directional data transfer with minimal switching noise. It also features slew-rate control to reduce the amount of undershoot and overshoot noise generated by the fast logic transitions. Typical applications include bus interfacing, memory decoding, data transmission, and multiplexing.
