It is a dual-supply quad D-type flip-flop with a common data latch and an output enable, and it is designed to work with either 5V or 3V supply voltage. This device is ideal for use as a control, storage, or data transmission device. It has various control inputs and an asynchronous reset, and it also provides fast setup and hold times with minimal clock to output skew.
