The SN74AHC74N is an edge-triggered, dual, master-slave, flip-flop with reset (reset-disable) from Texas Instruments. It features an asynchronous reset input and two outputs which are individually set or reset in response to these inputs. The TTL-compatible device contains two gated D-type latches that are driven by a single clock. Data at the D inputs is transferred to the outputs at each clock transition. The SN74AHC74N is a high-speed CMOS device with typical tpLH and tpHL delays of 12ns. This device has a supply voltage range from 2V to 6V and is available in an SOIC-14 package.
