LM393DR is a dual voltage-comparator operational amplifier manufactured by Texas Instruments (TI). It is a complete functional circuit consisting of two independent voltage comparators connected in a single package. It has an input common-mode voltage range extending beyond the supply voltages. This open-collector output can deliver up to 50 mA of sinking current. The LM393DR has high accuracy and a wide common mode input range that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. It is well suited for use in long-term control systems with accuracy and reliability. This integrated circuit is suitable for temperature compensation, amplifier blanking, peak detection and various other applications requiring precise comparison of two signals.
